I would only burn those particular discs @ 2.4X no matter what the packaging says.

It looks like these cheaper DL's are going to work ok.

Just did my second backup,and it came out fine.

Ain't upgrading my firmware...as I don't like messing with something that ain't broke.

Not sure firmware upgrade would allow faster burning of these baby's,and agree that 2.4x for these dudes will be just fine.

That being said..I am still seduced by Verb's 4x speed with no issues's for me.

Probably won't be replacing my buying of Verb's for these cheaper Windata's,but its nice that they do work,and are cheaper.

Here is a scan of RICOHJPN D01 DL, Made In Taiwan, sold under the Fuji label. Just to compare if you do a scan.

the D01 is 8x media, the D00 is 2.4x

scan a recorded DVD or a blank one?

How do I save a copy??? Tried foolin around in Nero,and I scaned the burned one,and it said 100% ok,but I couldn't find a way to save the scan???
