encode video with audio in DVX?

In have just completed the DVX installation.

Now, what i want to do is encode a movie from mpeg2 into XviD with mp3 audio. The problem is that i can't find the audo codec settings anywhere. I can find audio settings but that is only if you have an audio file that you want to multiplex on the video.

I have an Mpeg2 file with audio that i want to encode into XviD/mp3 with DVX.
