Well, I found a website tonight that offers a trial version of their "DVD to VCD/SVCD" software. And no, I'm not advertising for them. This is just knowledge I'm sharing with you all.

Supposedly, the program can rip, encode, and burn a DVD Movies to VCD or SVCD in a one-step process. Personally, I tried to do this with a 2-minute movie trailer, and had no success. However, it DID create a 25mb .BIN file.
I'm really curious if others out there can try this software out, and submit some feedback. For a 400k application, it sounds almost too good to be true.
