Tsuanmi 3.9.9 Codec/Filter Pack which can be found at my site (linked to UncasMS's site) or just go find one of UncasMS's posts and click on the bottom little picture then click on downloads and get the full-version

Are you talking about micro$oft mpeg4 codec (v2 or v3)?
If so you need WMP9, but that comes with different instalation packs for every platform.
        Or try this http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...cdownload.aspx
        See if it suites you

Download the 3IVX codec, which includes facilities for playback of most MPEG4 formats...

I would personally recommend FFDShow for decoding MPEG-4 compression formats. 3IVX still has a number of issues to iron out where FFDShow is trouble-free.

go for ffdshow if you're looking for a good all-in-one solution playback filter .
              you wont find better quality.
