playing avi mpeg on dvd-r...how to!!

HI all

I want to put like 6 or more avi ,divx,mpeg videos on 1 dvd-r and play them of my standalone dvd player...

know i use to do this with cdr's but know i want to use dvd-r's becuse i can but lots more on them..

is there a program like nero or something that i can burn 6-10 avi mpeg videos on a dvd-r and use a menu like in the dvd player...

plz advise.

avis will have to be converted, vcd and svcds will have to be handled (patched) in a special way manually or by tools like winoncd6 or better dvdlab in order to be burned to dvd and accepted by your player.
