Once again,
Use "TMPGEnc" to convert the .AVI (DivX-compressed or otherwise) to compliant MPEG2-for-DVD format - Use "TMPGEnc's" DVD wizard/template to accomplish this
"how come it will not allow me to delete TMPGEnc? off my cpu? everytime i try to delete it says it in use by another program."
If your first version of TMPGEnc was inappropriately obtained, it probably contained a virus (Remember, "cant load. "p3Package.dll?)
