A Chat room implementation on the forum with strategic links to i.e. Chat about this, placed in obvious places to attract visitors of the "needing/giving" advice kind.

I found that a DVD Shrink Chat Room had already been implemented but never took off.

This poll will serve as a guide line to implement or not a chat room...To use the Chat room. NO e-mail addresses are exchanged/shared with other users and would only be needed to register (once) for the chat room(same as with the Forum registration)

Even if you dont like the idea Vote.

I do believe this has been brought up before. Usually it is a waste of time and no one goes in it. They are just not as active as fourms are.

That is what the Admin said to me.

This is why a poll is the best way to quantify the probable integration of a Chat room or not.

I would defiantly use it, and would be there to help people alot of the time if they need alittle 1 on 1.

Let me throw my 2 cents worth in. Last night I was on another forum where some of the things I was replying to were for 1 or two people and some that had missed previous replies and come in towards the end got confused. Consequently some replies got mixed or stepped on with some that were following from the beginning. (Over 40 replies) Huh? My point is if I were in chat with 1 or 2 peolple instead of taking almost 3 hours the issue probably could have been resolved in 15 to 20 mins of chat. Ok maybe my 20 cents worth. Cheers

A chat room would be alot of help........for me at least....just watching the text without chatting one could learn a huge amount

A Chat Room would be an absolute Godsend for Noobs like me! It would also be a great opportunity for those more knowledgeable to really help a lot of folks out. I vote Yesss My Precioussss.
