still, it is an interesting issue. it might be legal if you left the ads in, and somehow prohibited seeking/skipping them
still, i cannot see why networks can complain... if anything, distributing tv episodes will help them get a larger fanbase, resulting in possibly higher ratings. this, ofcourse is only my thoughts and opinions
