Ok so I don't really know what to call what I keep getting but here goes.. We had so me friends spend a week at our house and they must have gone to a game site or some other on line gambling...now I am getting these pop ups, and it doesnt matter if we are on line or not....for a casino as well as a dating site...I have run adaware as well as the other programs that have been listed in this thread but I can not seem to get these to stop popping up on me. Any ideas?

@Derree - have a look at Hijack this - it's darn good at figuring out what's hijacking your machine.

i have a friend that had similar problems , we found some things in his add/remove programmes that he knew nothing about , we uninstalled them (one was a webbrowser toolbar) and the problem stopped - just an idea

That was the first thing I looked for Cornholio and there is nothing there..could it be in the program files in 'My Computer'? and I am going to check Hijack This tonight Blu...you my friend are the greatest I might add!

I just got and I have to say it has a lot of potential I like how you can check out that stats on your browser and they are not in the way I like the privacy mask feature and the ad blocker Nice find

I was a bit wary as well...I didn't know what to delete and what to leave..so I left everything...

I use ad-aware. what surprised me was ad-aware picked up and deleted msblaster for me
