Why you ask? I haven't had a problem till now. I was wondering why my bad review of some PNY memory wasn't posted. I was told on the phone "they only post good reviews". "They will not post a bad review of products they sell"! I don't need to tell you the point of reviews is to see the good and bad. I think I'll change my ID at all the forums to "Dont_buy_from_tigerdirect.com". Sorry, but I have to spread the news. Anything to help bring their buisness down.

well I don't know if Admin will like the advertisment negitive or not but good luck. I gotta say I have only used them once myself and while the service and speed of delivery was good the product left alot to be desired.. but I bought a 2.1 speaker system for under $15 so I wasnt expecting much. What did you get from them?

It wasn't the bad product, everybody sells a bad product eventually (accidentally or on purpose), it was the service and their attitude. I could only imagine if I had a major problem and how they would treat me.

sorry my friend but i don't agree with you. i have bought many items from tiger, my favorite one is this desktop computer i'm using right now, it is a refurbished Emachines that has not fail me ever. it cost me $299 plus s/h. i have also bought two MP3 players that work great. i will be buying at tiger again.

The point is the service and attitude is s****. I looked into it some more and found out there's also problems with the rebates.

BTW, I hope your luck continues on the E-machine. My friend worked at Best Buy and she said the return rate on them was pretty high, something like 60-70%.
