    Storing DVD's

How do you store them, I'm starting my collection of DVD's more than half are copied, I print out the cover and put it in the black case

Then i'm wondering soon i'm goona run out of room, so should I put them in cd cases instead or cd envelopes???

printing covers and buying cases in the long run will be a lot of money wasted!

    Any ideas?

ebay LOL I have seen huge whole sale lots on ebay for a lot less then in the stores.

To save space and money you can get the Cd albums that hold 200 -300 discs each
they are not cheap in the stores though either but you can find lots of them for the price of one in a reg. store on ebay.

I first started getting my cases from ebay but, then (don't laugh!) I actually went to the local movie store after hours and dug through their dumpsters and found boxes full of cases. LOL

I was buying them off line, I can't remember the site but I got it off of cdcovers.cc, there was a link, worked out to 27 cents/case..just went to a local video store that is closing out...bouth 250 of them for 10 cents each..but I am running out of room as well..have 2 7' book shelves, have the dvds on their back, 3 rows per shelf and I only have room for about 40 more then I am screwed

Why not keep the copies in the original cases? I just put the copies in little cheap plastic sleeves that I store in the original cases... as my DVD shelf is already 99% full, and I don't have room for that many boxes.

I keep my backups in a big cd/dvd wallet. Just takes up less storage space for me.

Since these are only my backups I don't get too fussed on the storage. The originals are hands off for the kids though.

@ jmet Those are very impressive!
