Download video from website

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to save the following clips to my hard disk. I can get them to play in my media player but each time I try saving it (disabling association in media player for .wmv files), I get an error saying the site is not available. Is there a way to save these files. Thanks.

look at the links ou have posted.
Ok right click and save target as to your hard drive.

Is it streaming? Otherwise just save target as

you may need to exercise your fingers more often

when i do save as, it downloads the windows media playlist rather than the video file. im just wondering if there is a way to get the video file downloaded?

dont left click the link right click it and save target as: to your hard drive.
The link wont open it will save the file to your hard drive.

They are most likely streaming. I will get you my old guide, in a few hours.

are you sure your not saving them to your play list?
Try and save them to your desk top I had no problem saving that video to my desktop.

Make sure that when you save them to give the file a place to go.



Ok when I try to save them from that website they dont save like you say.


Save them from this thread like in the pictures I posted that will work. I just did it.

thanks for the pictures and the welcome. ive done that and yes it does download the media play list file. then the file connects me to the website where i can see the video. your explanation makes a lot of sense. however, im trying to get the video that's stream rather than just the small file that cues the video from the website. im just wondering if there is a way to get that video or can i only view it.

Being hosted on a website it probably is a smaller file.
