    What format & Program should I use..help

I want to make a video tutorial on how to use a software program...easy enough.

The problem I am having is I want the tutorial to be as big as the desk top, I am shooting it at 1024 x 768 and want to render it to a format that while give me the highest quality. There is not a lot of movement but at times there is very fast movement.....I need this to be sharp and clear all the time.

HyperCam is good if you have a very fast CPU. You can get a trial, and it works fine, except for a watermark in the corner where the blue program bar is.
