You might want to search some technical sites for this, since I dont think such kind of forum would exist.

you're an ambitious world-class newbie ;^)

i've seen a bunch of whitepapers on dvb-t, shouldn't be too hard to find what you're looking for. deciphering the "code" will be more of a challenge
