    Online sites

Hi guys, not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. Am looking for a few dvd's for my hubby, which I have looked for online but had no success. Anybody out there that can recommend a good online company which I can try? Thanks. Nichola.

I've bought alot of movies here. The service has been good, the shipping is free, and the prices are the best that I have found www.deepdiscountdvd.com

How much do DVD's cost where you live? Those are way over priced. LOL

        @nichola,
There are thousands of online stores, what DVD titles are you looking for?

          I'm a huge fan of amazon.com.

You don't save a whole lot of money, but they have practically everything.

eBay is a good place for saving money but once in a while you get stuck with a asian bootleg. You get your money back though once you file a complaint.

Doesnt happen very often though. At least not for me.

In 6 years, I've never had a problem with eBay. Just sold my Jeep Wrangler, Yamaha Road Star, an iPod...and buy oodles of stuff there too!

It is not eBay that is the problem it is some of the sellers that pull crap like that once in a while, once eBay is aware of those sellers they are Banned!

I have gotten a total of 4 Asian bootlegs since 2000 so 4 in over 6 years aint bad. It does happen though.

I agree with you, there are bad sellers. I try to pick the one with the longest membership, highest rep, and highest feedback. Lucky I haven't met a bad one yet. Just ones that don't know how to pack.

I collect antique clocks, mainly from 1840 - 1910. You have to be real careful because the clocks have to be packed perfectly, or parts will fall off!

Hi there, thanks for the replies. Am wanting to buy the dvd's, namely A Destiny of Her Own (also known as Dangerous Beauty) with Rufus Sewell and Braam Stokers Dracula. Will try the sites mentioned here, the ones I have tried do not have much of a selection and definitely don't do imports. Thanks, Nichola.

                      Here ya go:

                      Dangerous Beauty (1998) click me

                      And

Bram Stoker's Dracula (DVD) click me

Now I bet your wondering how I found both of those DVD's in less then 2 minutes.

Here is how..... go to www.google.com ..... then type in the name of the movie and type DVD after it.... and there ya have it every place that has the movie for sale or review.

If those places wont ship to south africa these sellers will:

                      Dangerous Beauty (1998) click me

Bram Stoker's Dracula (DVD) click me

The member is from South Africa.
It sounds like she has problems importing from some sites.
It can be difficult getting stuff to Africa, depending upon country, based on my experience.

Hi guys - LOL. South Africa ain't that bad, we were on the map last time I looked, it's not all dark with wildlife roaming the streets, contrary to many people! You guys just crack me up, in a good way. Seriously now, thanks for the help, will definitely try the sites recommended. Nichola.
