nero burn error no disc

If nero error comes back saying version 6.3 and wants version 6.6.015 would this cause the burn to not recognize the disc? Do we just download the latest version and should be ok? Don't we have download dvd shrink after we download nero?

This problem I have never asked about. I have not finished the threads because usually the first response has fixed the problem. How do you close a thread anyway? This problem is for a family member not myself. Please answer my problem your help is needed Thanks

I do not use Nero, but I do know that you do have to install Shrink after Nero if you want it to use Nero to burn with.

I am pretty sure only the Mods can close a thread.

This problem is for a family member not myself.
