I recently purchased a new computer, the dvd /cd burner is supposed to recognize all images, - rw , etc, when I try to use the rw, cannot burn. Help

maybe you will have to format the rw before usage

If you are using ImgBurn, it will require you to format. Make sure your firmware is up to date.
