Ripping audio

A complete newbie question...

I have a music concert DVD and would like to rip the audio track off it and convert to MP3s eventually. How do I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. rip your data to hdd with smartripper
2. extract audio with either vob2audio or dvd2avi
