Most of these scammers get their supply of stolen merchandise from cargo trains and stolen 18 wheeler trailers from shipping yards and docks.

The "unlocked" simply means attempts have been made to scramble the serial code data streams in these phones and pods to try to keep them from being identified once activated on a cell system..no matter the carrier. However eventually the item/s are tracked via the unit's cpu identifier key. (microprocessors manufacturer id key)

Funny is too the description of "in original packing and company boxes"....they have to open them to "unlock" these things.
