Billy boy annoys the lsoom. this guy can't get things right w/all the $$$ and resources at his feet? It would be pretty shisty if he and his crew are intentionally throwing out these betas, charging 4 them and then supposedly introducing a new os for more $$$. then again I've seen worse. it's a shame. don't make sense but what does sometimes. a great new product and it will sell itself. that goes 4 anything. I'm riding this xp out as long as I can also. tell you the truth it's the headache that costs more in the mean time and maybe even in the long run trying to fix all the bugs w/his sh_t.

I guess the real name given is Windows 7 was code name Vienna. Current article list 2010 as the release date, although I thought I saw one somewhere that were trying to get it out sooner. Here's a link on the current status http://www.megaleecher.net/Windows_7_Vienna_Milestone. It'll be interesting what and when they finally release.

I for one have no interest in updating to Vista especially with all of the embedded DRM features (read that as crap). Better hold on to your XP copies and salt away the service packs.

Yes. After that hairy chested idiot imkidd told me to respect the moderators, I responded in a now deleted post by saying "As you wish" (i.e. agreeing to do what he said) and adding that I wouldn't be assisting the OP until he clarified the position and hoping he would do so.

This resulted in me being sin binned!

What a bunch of miserable fools.

Here is a transcript of PMs with the forum owner, who is great at evading the question of what exactly I was sinbinned for, but short on actually admitting there was nothing and that they are wrong.

What a bunch of bloody lunatics.

I wonder if mindless twerps like Dominator, CodeKing, Alan1476, Dee27, Imkidd57 and CCRomero will answer the accusations laid at their door. They were all pretty vociferous about us a year or so ago.

To be honest I was more than a bit surprised at the whole thing.

I quite innocently tossed in that post and it seems it exploded like a bomb.
