Burn a CVD to Setarip

Asks I know what the .AVI file is . But what is the TMPGEnc. I'm using Roxio to view the video. It has a radio button, but you might be using another, as usual I,m confused.
I have tried to find this but ????? Ifsomeone uses Roxio 5 Platinum ; I could use the help..
