Various software may be utilized. You may find Virtualdub, a freebie, of use (virtualdub.org). Furthermore, most video editing software such as VideoWave, Premiere, should afford you this capability. You may want to view the product webpages and conduct a search on google.com on software and instructions on how to "add text to the frame or blacken out text from being seen."

VideoWave is good, for placing text wherever you need it,

but im lookin for a program that you can place like a black box over text, so you cant see it.

        Cheers

Virtualdub can easily "place like a black box over text, so you cant see it."

I know Virtualdub is capable of "[placing] like a black box over text, so you cant see it."

I have not done this before. You may want to search this forum/digital-digest guides/google.com/and doom9/and doom9forum for detailed instructions. I believe you would have to apply a "cropping" filter, however I'm not 100% sure. BTW nice to see another Canadian and Matrix fan on here Yeah the Matrix rocked! I can't wait for Matrix Re-loaded.

You're welcome. The Matrix is in a league of it's own. It sets a new standard for sci-fi and all action thrillers. Its totally unique. original.

                    it truely is!

almost every action movie now rips off the matrix (The One, Spiderman)

I cant find anything about "cropping" in divx-digest articles.

have any other sites i could look at?
