digital output from adobe premiere to canon zr10

hi. im having a ton of trouble trying to ouput video via firewire from adobe premiere to my canon zr10. i get 'chunkies'. yknow? my brother seems to think it is a problem with the camera and not the computer. im not really sure what else to say until i get a reply. so if someone is willing to help me out id be really appreciative!! thank you.

.if you are trying to use "output to tape" then next time try "print to video" the only difference is that with print to video you need to hit the record button.

ive tried both. neither work for me.
