Help!!

When I try to play one of my movies in BSPlayer it first says 'overlay failed' then I click on OK then it says 'Display hardware not capable of colour-space conversions. Switching to RGB' and then there is no picture and there is sound as the movie started.
HELP

P.S. Don't give me gobble-d-goop i'm under the age of 16!

Also...

It comes up wiv a black screen and so does my webcam and winTV so it could be something to do wiv that. So I can't watch TV and I cna't see my wonderful face in the webcam!!!!!!
