need to cut a ts-ftf.wmv file...Help

Please help!!!!

I have downloaded a movie that has ts-ftf.wmv as the file type.
What type of file is this?
And how can i cut this file in 2?
I tried Virtudub but it could not open this type of file.
Any help would be appreciated

Use WM8EUTIL.EXE (plus the GUI available for it)...

By the extender, it is a .WMV file - and that's why I suggested using WM8EUTIL...
