Pls help.Probs with TMPGenc encoding!

Can anyone help please.I have tried several times to use Tmpgenc to encode from avi to svcd on a few different versions of it but every time I encode I end up having a movie that is upside down and back to front.I have no idea what is causing this.I have win ME and 850 processor with 128 memory.I am now getting extremely frustrated and have resorted to using nero which, from what I have read, does not give as good quality as tmpgenc

If you've installed the Nimo codec pack, try uninstalling it...
