The problem is not to convert to wav. i know how........Problem is when loaded in Tmpg then frizzes far as got is 0:00:03 sec.

My answer to your question that contained coverting sampling rate from 48,000Hz to 44,100Hz obviously didn't work,but you should hit reply to my post instead of double posting.People here can find it hard to understand your question if they didn't read the first one.

After decompressing audio to wav.then i loaded to Tmpg-enc.to convert to Mpeg1 ,Tmpg frizzes - why?That is the problem.And on the end i have one more "?"how or with what i can convert from Pal/secam to NTSC.THX Guys
