        Or just download Nero and the SVCD pack.

        But, be forewarned that it'll take around anywhere from 5-10 hours to convert a feature-length film, depending on how fast you comp is. [XP 1500+, takes around 6 hours]

        [EDIT: and don't worry, Nero is pretty much idiot proof, if you use Nero Express, which I even do, just for simplicity's sake. Also, make sure you have all the nessecary codecs installed]
