any tool to flip mpeg file ?

Hi
I think I have read all about the problem of "upside down video" when using Nero to convert avi to (S)VCD but the fact is that i have three VCD disks with this flipped image and i do not want to reencode with VDub -> avi and then avi to mpeg with TMPGEnc because of my old PIII 500 Mhz
I wonder if there is any tool to flip an mpeg file directly without the process above

Play them using the Sasami Player - which provides the ability to flip the image "on the fly"...
