Cutting a scene inside a VOB file - Help!

I'm trying to cut a scene inside a VOB file and I want it of the same quality audio & video of the DVD.

With VOBedit I've demuxed the VOB in a m2v file and ac3 file.
How can I do now to put them together and to split my scene out?

Rather than demuxing, cutting and remuxing, use Chopper (or ChopperXP) to simply cut the .VOB at visually determined points - and save as a new complete .VOB...

you always have an answer for newbies!!!
I'll try the file chopper... but now I've two more questions!

1) In order to make a "compilation" of my favourite scenes, I can follow your procedure also for other VOB files. Will be possible to put together all the scenes in a DVD-like structure, assigning a chapter to every scene?

2) I own Adobe Premiere and Ulead DVD Movie Factory. These sotware don't accep VOB files as input. In case I want to work in some scenes, do you know how to help me also in my original request?
