Mpeg2 2 VOB

Duh ! I want to convert Mpeg2 to vob to burn dvds . I have
VOB Instant cd/dvd 6.5 which does the job at 14+ hours !
Plus it only converts to Mpeg1 Any better/quicker way to do this ?
Please help losing hair,sleep mind,kids,wife and dog!!!!!

What I'm trying to do is convert avi/mpegs to vts_vobs so that they
play on dvd player I downloaded some movies and can convert them to mpeg and even burn them 2 dvd but quality no too good
with a lot of pixleation and juttering , same thing happend with my first couple of dvd rips untill I realized you put everything in the VIDEO_TS folder DUH! Good job I had +rw disk My dvd player can play SVCD/VCD I've read a few things on forum but they seem to be about ripping vobs not creating them .
any ideas?
