    check this guide out

Heres a really well written guide with step by step instructions and loads of screenshots . On the introduction page it has a list of all the program used as well as links .

They use gordians knot to multitask make sure if you download that program you set it up exactly as he details for you or youll have problems .

    hope this helps ,

Cds in VCD format can TYPICALLY hold approximately 60 minutes of video with sound. Therefore, there is nothing unusual in what you encountered.

        dvd to vcd

If you wanna put a whole movie on a regular cd you have to use divx to compress it .

see everwickeds guide which i posted in a previous reply .

Or you could check to see if your Burner supports 90-99 minute discs, if so, grab a few of them and 'Bob's Your Uncle'

          Cheers

if u use dvdx u could use lower bitrates (= lower pic quality) but i encountered, that i could burn 90 min on one 700 mb cd, for longer movies i really take 2 cds because better quality.

if u change the bitrate in dvdx u see at once how many mb the file will have

if u want to playback on DVD players u should choose mpeg1 (vcd) format, then u get 1 mpeg1 file. Burning it with Nero to VCD format CD u can burn Mpeg1 files of nearly 800 MB on a 700 MB CD!!!

if u just wanna watch them on pc u should use divx/avi format
