No Audio From DivX5 Films

I have two movies that I can watch but cannot hear. I have run GSpot on them and they both come up with the same error. Only a partial rendering can be made. Please see the attached screen capture. I have installed the latest DivX 5.03 bundle. I would be grateful for any suggestions.

You need to install the DivX v.3.11alpha codec, which includes the DivX audio codec (hack of the original WMA). It would probably be best if you first uninstalled the DivX v.5.xx codec, installed the DivX v.3.11alpha codec, then reinstalled the DivX v.5.xx codec...
