    MP3 Compression

OK, here I am, choosing the compression stuff for my movie...

All right, this time, 3vix, default...

    Then, the audio...

    MPEG Layer-3

Bah, I can only get 56kbit/s (22.050Hz, Stereo) compression rate... WHY?
    Where's the 128kbit/s 44.100 Stereo???

Can I have this option available? How? Do I need some drivers?

    Again, I appreciate your help

Download and install the Radium (hack of Fraunhoefer) .MP3 codec.

If you presently have the Creative .MP3 codec installed, open the Control Panel, select "Multimedia" (or the XP equivalent), click on the "Devices" tab, select "Audio compression codecs", doubleclick on the Creative .MP3 codec and set it to "Disable". Do the same for all other listed .MP3 codecs EXCEPT the one that has "Professional" as part of its name.

      Then reboot your system...

Well, no, I have no Creative MP3 Codecs installed.

        Here's what I've got:

        IMA ADPCM Audio CODEC
        Microsoft ADPCM Audio CODEC
        Microsoft CCITT G.711 Audio CODEC
        Microsoft GSM 6.10 Audio CODEC
        DSP Group TrueSpeech(TM) Audio CODEC
        msg723.acm
        Windows Media Audio
        Spiro Lab Telecom Audio Codec
        Indeo® audio software
        Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec
        Microsoft's PCM Conversor

Where can I find this hacked version of Fraunhofer MP3 Codec?
