i haven't any ideas, just tons of wasted time.

i've been dling for about 6 years now, and the quality is getting poorer and poorer. so, i've decided to do my own. well, i get TMPEG and VCDEASY, but NERO is rough. is there anywhere i can read a how to SVCD through NERO?

I would strongly suggest to you that you use TMPGEnc to create your MPEG-2 SuperVideoCD files - and merely use NERO to burn (NOT convert, since you'll have already accomplished that with TMPGEnc)...

i ment thanks for the effort, but i'm still stupid.

do what, exactly, in nero? i have the .bin and .que files from VCDEasy, and i MPEG-2ed it in TMPGEnc. i was told to burn the image. but that just creates another file that does nothing. svcd's have four folders, they play on my dvd player. i can't figure out how to make nero write a svcd. please, please, please put it in terms a mentally challenged individual will receive. ty again.

Ok what you do in Nero is you Click "File" "Burn Image"
Then put your CD in your DVD-ROM or DVD Player and play em!

                ...tons of wasted time.

ty all! i'm going to burn everything as is, times are turbulent. i will resume as i come into more hobby time, if i have more questions i will return. i'm sure this will help.
as to the just burn image, i did that and it created one file, and for whatever the reason my dvd/cdr burner ghosted that one image to the cd. it didn't burn it, and it didn't create the four folders. if you want to input, ty. if not, as time entails, and the info you gave isn't sufficient for this idiot, i will return, many thanks to all, and goodnight.
