What does ´´Book Type DVD-ROM´´ in Nero Burn options mean???

Hi!!
I would like to know what does ´´Book Type DVD-ROM´´ in Nero burn options mean... I want to burn some files onto a DVD-RW and there´s this option and I have no idea what does it mean... How does this affect the burned DVD-RW? Thanks...

Thank you setarip for your reply, I looked on that web site, you posted, and as I could see, there are various Book types for various DVD discs, but in Nero - choosing this option ´´Book type DVD-ROM´´ will it make the DVD-RW disc to be recognized as DVD-ROM disc?? Will I be able then erase the burned DVD-RW (I suppose I will, but I am just asking) and what are the advantages of this way burned DVD-RW disc? How does this affect the burned DVD-RW (for example readabiliity, compatibility...) ??? Thanks...
