I have an wmv video file that plays the video fine but doesn't play the audio but other wmv files of the same type of encoding play the video and sound,i have windows media player 7.1,windows media player classic and wmp6.4 but none will play the audio,here's the audio informatio:windows media audio v8,22kbps,22khz,stereo.I have the tsunami codec pack installed but i don't see this audio codec as being installed,how do i get it?
