I'm an idiot. I am so clueless on how to use these tools. However, I am exceptionally adept at following instructions. If someone would be helpful and just put HOW to do it, I'd appreciate it GREATLY.

I'm downloading movies from Morpheous. I get the movie, I get sound only. What do I need to do, what to install, where to install it and what then?!

Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated.
