    First I can then I cant then I can then I can't!!! Going to go another route. Can I use any burning software if I create an ISO?

      I have used DVD Shrink and nero rom to successfully back up 3 dvds. Then I start to get burning errors burner is brand new (external) so I was told I could use any burner if I created an ISO is this true. I was using Nero 5 demo for the first three then I bought nero 6 because 5 was no longer available and have had no luck with it so wanted to know if I could use a different burner.

        You could also use DVDDecrypter to automatic burn your ISO from Shrink;

        What brand of discs do you use?

            Try to update your firmware for the burner. Your version is A101 - latest is A110.
