    Ripping DVD's

I wonder if anyone can answer this question, I have tried for three weeks to find the answer. I have no problem downloading any movies, I can convert them from avi to mpeg. What I can't understand is this. I have read a few articles that mention extracting the audo. So do I need to extract the audio from my avi file, the when burning my movie and the audio file back in when burning. I know this may seem a daft question, but I am a newbie at this. If any kind soul could answer this, I would be grateful if they would send me an e-mail rather post a reply, as i have problems finding those.

    Many thanks Rene

    Hi there rene.

This is a bordeline case that I wont have any suggestions since there is a doubt in my mind of where these files originate from.

Also the idea of posting solutions rather than e-mailing them is so that everyone as the benefit of any solutions arising.

I would only suggest e-mail in cases were there is a need because of limitations of the forum. i.e. uploading files over the size/format accepted by Digital-Digest Forums.

    Good things
