Which audio files must I include?

I am trying to reauthor a dvd, and would prefer not to compress to level 10 (if possible). I have already modified the start/stop positions, and cut the french and spanish stuff, but there are still 4 English audio files, AC3 6 ch English - Normal, DTS 6ch English-Normal, and two AC3 2ch English-Normal files. Do I need all four to have normal sound? I do not need or want the narrative that describes the making of the movie. I just need the English version of the the audio. If I get rid of any of the 4 files, I can compress to level 9.

I have left the foriegn language items out on several occasions before with good results. I am hoping some of the 'English' files are not necessary to make a watchable DVD.
