D.I.K.O what can it do?

I have downloaded D.I.K.O Free lately.
I can only convert avi files to kdvd with a srt file as subtitle..
I also have followed a tutorial for subbing ntcs or unsubbed dvd's with a dutch (PAL) subtitle and then burn it.. but it takes alot of time and energy.. Now i saw the features of D.I.K.O gold.. I would like to buy it but i first ened to know if it can do what i want..
Because i read the information on the dvd digest website and i didn't see anything about 29,97 or 30 fps.. is that also supported?

Can I easily add a dutch subtitle to a ntcs or unsubbed dvd.
So it remains a dvd but then with a dutch subtitle added to it??

If that is so i am going to buy it..

Have you tried to locate and read information at the AUTHOR's/PUBLISHER's website?
