    Making DVDs

Can anyone recommend some piece of software to create DVD:s? I would like to be able to create nice menus and link to both movie clips (mpeg2) and still images. Thanks.

TMPGEnc DVD Author (A different program than TMPGEnc) will do just that assuming that the mpeg files are DVD compliant. Which a trail version can be downloaded via the link at the bottom of my post.

If they aren't DVD compliant, use TMPGEnc to convert them into compatible mpeg files, then use TMPGEnc DVD Author to construct a DVD out of them.

Ulead Video Studio 8 is brain dead easy, else I couldn't use it... I use it to make my home movies into DVD's and to reauthor my VHS tapes onto DVD... only downside is that it is crap in correct sizing... but I use a nice little program called DVD Shrink to get it to size... heehee

You might also consider DVDLab (commercial, but free fullblown trial version)...
