HI guys!! First problem from me starts....now

Hi guys! Really good site going so far, but anyways, i'm a really big fan of Cowboy Bebop. I downloaded most of the episodes (1-14) on KAZAA and they all work. Unfortunatley, episodes 15-26 always lag (Lag to me means that the audio does not correspond to the video). I kinda concluded that the episodes that work are
a smaller resolution then the non-working episodes, but I dont know how to change the resolution and i'm not really sure if this is the cause of the problem. I use the THE PLAYA player, and it works, but it always messes up those last episodes. Do you guys know of a way I can change the resolution or a site with all the episodes that work or maybe another conclusion to this problem? I downloaded like 3 codes ranging from Alpha 3 to 4.11 (I think) but it still doesnt work!! I have been searching for full episode downloads and only find clips or really crappy quality videos. All of the episodes are on Kazaa but when I try to download from a different user, it never works. Any help is really appreciated and thanks for letting me join this coolio site. Thanks!

P.M.S. You can IM me at dannymofo, but im hardly on. Cya

Have you tried playing them under Windows Media Player instead?

Yeah I tried that but it still didnt work, its even worse. The ones that work on the Playa (episodes 1-14) wont even work on the Media Player. So yeah...anymore suggestions?

Would you mind posting the Animefansub group that did each of the episode and their size as well? It's possible that the first 14 you have are from one group (and done nicely) and the rest by another group (who don't seem to know much on how to do a proper encoding or just decided to keep the subs low quality).

A good suggestion would be, if you know the group doing those episodes, visit their channel in the appropriate server and ask one the ops, who may happen to be an encoder.

p.s. I've not seen the Cowboy Bebop series yet, so can't really tell what subs are available out there.

Well when I download from Kazaa it only tells me the artist from which I downloaded from. For example I downloaded from Vegetas04 and some of his episodes work, but when the series progress into the later episodes, his dont work for me. But my episodes come from different people so I dont really know which of them truly know what they are doing. The non working files range from 90-160 MBs and the working go as small as 60 up to 90 MBs. Excluding a couple of episodes (and one without any audio), all the episodes look crisp and clear and the audio is great. The only thing wrong is the lagging in the later episodes. When I open episodes 15-26, they all are a bigger resolution, and the episodes 1-14 are uniformly the same resolution. All the episodes by the way are .avi files, if that helps. Is there any other type of video player (not Windows Media Player, cuz that doesnt help)? Is there a specific codec that I might have not downloaded yet? Please help me out, any help is really appreciated. If you know of any place I can get the episodes that work, please tell me that also. Thanks

Most anime episodes would play with either 3.11a or 4.x. I had a series which refused to play even with these codecs installed, but were soon playable after I installed WMP7. Apparently some new codecs were added that enabled the playback of these files.

Either your system is not fast enough (Most anime episodes are well encoded though so that even 500MHz systems can play them comfortable with all filter settings set to highest) or the episodes themselves are crap so that you'll have to fix them yourself.
