    Problems Playing Burned DVD

All of a sudden, my burned movies will play on my PC but not on my DVD player hooked to the TV. What on earth is going on!!!
I used DVD Shrink using a Memorex 16X double layer burner.
I use Windows XP Service Pack 2 with updated Nero burning software. All my problems started when my system switched transfer mode to PIO. Had to delete secondary IDE from sytem and let windows restore it so I could change settings to DMA. I also updated Nero software. Now my burn process is alot faster except now my movies won't play on my dvd player hooked to tv.
The movies are My Cousin Vinney and Lilo and Stitch. My other movies prior to the DMA problem I burned play fine. Please Help!!!!!!!!

    Disc I use are TDK

    1) Had you previously, successfully used these same TDK media?
If not, it's probably a matter of media compatibility:

To determine the capabilities/limitations of your specific brand and model of standalone DVD player, as well as media compatibility, go to:

    2) Burn at no greater than 4X

Do your PREVIOUSLY created (prior to your DMA problems) DVDs NOW play properly on your standalone DVD player?

If not, try running a DVD/CD cleaning disc on your standalone player. Maxell makes one that retails for approximately $10US...

              Problem Fixed

I upgraded the Nero sofware that came with my burner to the newer sofware on Nero's Hompage. I deleted Nero from my system and put the original back on. Problem solved!!! Evidently, I did something wrong in the upgrade process.
