scheduling video capture

Hi everybody!
I am capturing video (by tv tuner) with virtual dub, but i havent figured out yet how to schedule a capture. How can I set the virtual dub, or any other program what is capable of it, to capture e.g. from 11:00 PM till 1:00 AM, and if possible to shutdown the PC when finished.
I would be very greatful if somebody could help me...

Maybe you can use a programm named "keytext" that emulates keybopard/mouse-input. So you can shedule nearly every programm.
