Bell Express Vu to DVD with capture

I've got Bell Express vu with HD inside and I tried to download the movies on my computer with capture option... 1st: Did someone know if I can transfert the Mpeg movies in my Express vu right to my computer ? And if not, when I capture my movies, I got that problem: the sound is not in a good place with the movie, the sound is 1 or 2 second later. I got the latest capture driver from Nvidia and I tried the latest capture from Asus with the same problem. Here is my PC's...

P3 600Mhz on Asus P3V4x Motherboard with Asus Gforce2 32MB AGP video card and 512MB Ram and SB128PCI sound card.

All driver are up to date ( Video, sound, Bios...)

    Any Idea's

    Thanks

Your P3 and probably video card and hard drive may be too slow to do full D1 Mpeg-2 captures.
What capture device? How is it hooked up (S-video, composite, cable, USB, firewire)?

Thanks for the info, I'm connected by a s-video cable. You maybe right, my system is maybe too old to do this...I'm looking for a CPU P3 1000 Slot 1 to upgrade my computer but I dont no if it will solve my problem anyway.
