Do I have a complete delete?

Hello - I don't want to take up a lot of space on my computer so after the final burn, when I'm all done with everything, I go to my D drive and delete the folder I used to store the film. My question is: does this delete all the material connected with the film; all the files, the sound, etc. ? Do I also need to go to my C drive and delete some files that might be associated with this film? Thank you.
