    Resizing help

I have a movie that was originally encoded in a bad aspect ratio; it's supposed to be widescreen, but is in a fullscreen aspect. It's a 352x240 size now, in .VOB format. I don't need it to have better resolution, just need to change the sizing ratio of the movie. Does anyone know how convert this to widescreen? I have DVDLab pro, and a couple of other small utilities.

    TIA!

    welcome to the forum

your dvd player may be able to do it for you without any alterations to the file (letterbox 4:3/widescreen 16:9)

    hope this also helps :

if you have tmpgenc, "custom ratio" works nicely for me all the time.
