dvd doesn't eject after backing up

been using dvd shrink about two months , no problems. all of a sudden, after opening disk and backing up, the dvd doesn't eject automatically to put in a blank disk as it always did before. thanks for any help

thanks jmet, somehow i'd un-checked one of those little boxes,she fired right up. its nice when it works like it's suppose to. just learning as i go. thanks again
